Terms of Service — Claude Design Importer

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Claude Design Importer product — the Chrome extension and the Figma plugin sold together, plus the API that connects them (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Chrome extension captures the content of a Claude Design deck from the active tab in your browser and sends it to our API. The Figma plugin lists the decks recently captured under your account and rebuilds them as native, editable Figma layers — real frames, auto-layout, text with the correct fonts, gradients, shadows, and borders — not a screenshot or an image. The Service works exclusively with Claude Design decks; it does not import PowerPoint presentations, Google Slides, or general web pages.

2. Account and login

An account is required to use the Service. Login happens by email, with a numeric 6-digit code sent to your inbox — there is no password to set or remember. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered email and for any activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only to capture and import content you have the necessary rights to — decks you created yourself, decks belonging to your company, or decks you are authorized to use. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and import. You may not:

• Capture or import third-party content without authorization;
• Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Attempt to circumvent free-plan usage limits, bypass authentication, or access other people's accounts;
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written authorization.

4. Free plan and paid subscription

The Service is offered on two plans:

• Free: up to 10 deck imports per month.
• Pro: $4.80/month (founding-price promotion for the first 100 subscribers, locked for 12 months; the plan's full price is $9/month). Unlimited imports for individual use, subject to a fair use limit of 300 deck imports per month; upon reaching that limit, the Service may slow down processing of additional imports, with notice, without blocking access to your account.

An import is consumed at the moment the plugin confirms that the layers were created in your Figma file. Capturing a deck with the extension consumes no import, and an import that fails, is cancelled, or expires likewise consumes nothing. Importing a previously imported deck again consumes a new import.

Once the free plan's monthly limit is reached, the Service does not refuse the import: it delivers a sample of the deck's first 3 slides, as complete and editable as any other, together with an invitation to subscribe to the Pro plan. That sample consumes no import.

Each captured deck stays available to import for 7 days from capture; after that period it expires and disappears from the plugin's list (see section 8 on data retention).

5. Billing

Payment processing for the Pro subscription is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — they are provided directly to Stripe. The subscription is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges of the then-current Pro plan price to the payment method you register with Stripe.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time, through the Stripe billing portal accessible from the product. Cancellation stops future charges; access to the Pro plan remains until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, amounts already charged for active subscription periods are not refundable.

7. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Data retention and deletion

The content of each captured deck is stored for 7 calendar days from capture and automatically deleted afterward. Account data (email, plan) is kept for as long as the account exists and can be deleted at any time at your request. Full details on what data we collect, for how long, and who we share it with are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including loss of data or captured content after the retention period in section 8. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. The date at the top of the document indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to users with an active account. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the domicile of the responsible person identified at the start of this document shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, except where a mandatory venue is otherwise required by law — in particular the consumer's domicile under Brazilian consumer protection law.
